Pro Ice Solutions is family owned and operated. After many years in the restaurant/bar business, owner, Chris McKay noticed a significant need in a reliable ice machine provider. After spending too much of his own time cleaning and replacing parts in his own machine, he decided to start a business in which the restaurant owner didn’t have to deal with all the frustrations. Hence, Pro Ice Solutions was born.
